Binghamton, NY – American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), the leading advocacy organization for Americans aged 50 and over, released a statement applauding U.S. Rep. Marc Molinaro (NY-19) for his stance on Social Security and Medicare.

Rep. Molinaro has vowed to protect Social Security and Medicare and oppose cuts to the programs. In a recent interview with Spectrum News, Rep. Molinaro reiterated this longstanding position, saying cuts to Social Security and Medicare are off the table.

Rep. Molinaro said, “Retirees and soon to be retirees depend on Social Security and Medicare and have paid into these programs their entire lives. I will do everything in my power to protect both.”
